Dear Members,
Our wonderful Theo Tetteh has decided to step down from his role as the 3rd Mixed Team Captain, who will be playing in division 4 of the Berkshire Winter League for the upcoming season. The club would like to thank Theo for all is hard work with organising the team during his time as captain. If you are interested in taking over from Theo, please read below for further information.
The main roles and responsibilites would include:
- Contacting members of WLTC (men's and ladies) to play in the scheduled matches
- Organise with other Berkshire teams to ensure the given dates for the scheduled matches are acceptable for both parties and set a time for that date.
- Liaise with Beci to book the necessary courts for the matches (this must be done at the beginning of the season for all matches)
- Liaise with the bar staff for home matches whether or not match tea's will be required for home matches
- Entering results on the LTA website once the match has been played
