Thames Valley Air Ambulance is on a mission to boost lifesaving skills in our communities — and they’re bringing hands-on CPR and defibrillator training directly to us.

During this interactive hour, you’ll learn how to:

- Recognise the signs of a cardiac arrest

- Perform compression-only CPR with confidence

- Use an automatic defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively

You’ll get a clear overview, a live demonstration, and plenty of time to practise these skills on training dummies.
