We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind all members of the importance of maintaining a respectful and positive environment on the court. Please ensure that you refrain from using offensive language or swearing during play, as well as any form of abusive or disrespectful communication towards other players.

While we appreciate that the players on your court might not take offence to certain language, please be mindful that players on nearby courts can often hear what is being said and may find such language inappropriate or upsetting. Maintaining a courteous atmosphere benefits everyone and ensures that our club remains welcoming to all members.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in upholding these standards.
