Delivered by a trainer with over 30 years experience in First Aid Training this course focuses on practical skills, confidence, and clear decision-making in real-life situations including:

- Wound Care & Bleeding Control
- Burns Management
- Seizures
- Heart Attack & Stroke
- Fractures & Breaks
- First Aid for Children
- Scenario-Based Practice
Attendees will each have a First Aid Handout to takeaway
Any surplus funds from this course will go to the “Fight Like a Lyon’s” fundraising for Ovarian Cancer Action, a charity researching into treatments, vaccines and better outcomes by raising awareness of ovarian cancer
