Dear Members,
Please be aware that a plumber has been out to take another look at the ladies showers but cannot find an issue with the hot water flow, the showers themselves nor the boiler and both showers have been working fine today.
Please do let us know if you experience any further issues so that a staff member can take a look at what else is using the hot water at the same time, as this is the only thing he thinks may be causing issues - however we simply cannot be certain until it happens again.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and we really are working hard to ensure the showers don't keep going cold, but unfortunately at the moment all we can do is keep a record of when/if they go cold.
Both men's and ladies changing rooms will be intermittently out of use over the next couple of days, but hopefully only for a couple of hours at a time. When the workmen are not in there you are welcome to use the showers, toilets and changing area as normal - but please be aware it may not be fully available until Monday.
