Dear Players,
The next deadline for the WLTC Club Championships is Sunday 12th May . All matches have now been updated on the online draws. We urge you to organise your matches as soon as possible, as the weather is still unpredictable and more and more matches will need to get played as the weeks progress. Please do not leave it until the last minute, as no extensions will be granted to anyone for any reason .
Please note that Beci is away from Sunday 12th May, therefore all coin tosses and results MUST be recorded (either via email to Beci (competitions@active-tennis.co.uk) or written up on the score sheet). Any results not properly recorded will be subject to a coin toss, which will be done on Sunday 12th May @ 11pm . It will be very difficult to make any changes to the online draws after this date as Beci will not have any access to emails, messages or phone calls.
If you have any issues contacting your opponent, please let Beci know in good time so she can help.
