Dear Member,

This is a reminder the Windsor Open tournament starts this Sunday 16th July – until Saturday 22nd July.

Please see information and reminders on: PARKING, COURT AVAILABILITY & CLUB SESSIONS:

PARKING

Parking spaces will be limited during the week due to the high number of participants daily. Please see below for updates on additional parking space for the week.

1. From Sunday 16th, we are providing limited overflow parking space round the back of the club, for members using the club ( opposite the BP Garage ). Please see the photo which shows the entrance.

CLUB SESSIONS & COURT AVAILABILITY - 16th-22nd JULY
Unfortunately, there will be no daytime club sessions during the week and it’s unlikely the evening sessions will be able to go ahead, due to the anticipated high number of entries. We will keep you updated throughout the week and if evening club sessions can go ahead, we will announce as early as possible. Courts will become available for you to book in the afternoons/evenings so do check your MYCOURTS account for the most up to date information. Courts will be released hourly so keep checking!
