We are very excited to announce that the Club’s bar will be rocking on Friday 20th September at 8:00 pm.
Hot on the heels of recent gigs at The Queen's Club, and in the grounds of Windsor Castle, the ultimate tennis fans' band - THE ROLLING STOICS - are set to perform for us, running through some of the greatest rock classics of the past six decades.
The band was born on the side of a tennis court and includes tennis players as well as professional musicians among the eight piece line-up. They include our own WLTC member Charlie Hawker, and the star attractions - Wimbledon Men’s Singles Champion and all-time tennis (and rock!) god Pat Cash, alongside lead singer Charlotte Hodson, who has toured the world with bands including Texas, Belinda Carlisle, St Etienne and Altered Images.
Come and join us for a fun packed evening of dancing, singing and ace company. Our own Club Captain may also guest on electric guitar for added entertainment...Prepare for hit, after hit, after hit!
